**First Experience:** In November 2025, Brent, the owner of the company, visited my residence in the evening as an emergency to assess the heating malfunction of the unit. He promptly identified the issue and realized he had neglected to load a canister of R410A refrigerant into his vehicle. Given the late hour, it acceptable for the affected room to wait until the following day for heat. Following his intervention, the heating functioned effectively throughout the winter season.
**Second Experience:** Howard, the Chief Assistant, responded to my request for assistance regarding the icing of the unit’s coils. Upon inspection, he discovered that the level of R410A refrigerant was deficient by one pound and rectified this concern. He conducted a bubble test to confirm there were no leaks, resulting in the unit functioning properly overnight. Nevertheless, by midday the subsequent day, the unit experienced further icing. The situation remained perplexing to them. Later that day was a Friday evening, at approximately 7 p.m., Howard returned to my location. Although I suggested that he could defer the visit until morning, he felt compelled to address the issue expeditiously. While accompanying Howard during his inspection and corrective measures, I observed his genuine care for both the task and for my situation. He demonstrated respectful towards me, and a methodical approach, taking the necessary time to ensure all concerns were thoroughly resolved. The unit is now working beautifully. Did I receive any compensation for this review? No, I did not. Would I recommend AirKing to others for their HVAC needs? Undoubtedly. My interactions with them have solely involved diagnosis and repair rather than replacement or new installation. However, it is important to highlight that their level of commitment in addressing repairs for a unit they did not install or for a brand they do not carry is exemplary. In conclusion, AirKing establishes the gold standard for customer service and operational performance in the HVAC industry.

The day before Thanksgiving, we woke up to a freezing house with the heater blowing cold air. It was only 48 degrees inside. We called five different companies, and AirKings was our last call. We spoke with Brent, and he came out the very same day—within an hour or two. Unfortunately, our motherboard was fried and needed to be replaced, and no one had the part on hand. Brent helped us come up with a plan to keep the house warm while we waited. The day after Thanksgiving (Friday), the part arrived, he installed it, and everything was working great. A few days later, we experienced what we thought was the same issue. We called AirKings again, and they came out the same day. After checking things out, Brent found that several resistors were blown. Given how much money we had already put into the unit throughout 2025, we were faced with a tough decision. Brent walked us through all of our options and pricing—replacing the resistors (which were $100 each just for parts, plus labor), replacing the inside unit, or replacing the entire system. While we took time to decide, he even brought us space heaters to help keep our home warm. He answered countless questions through phone calls and text messages. Ultimately, we decided to apply for credit and replace the entire unit—a huge and stressful decision for our family. Brent walked us through every step: the options, pricing, payment estimates, APR, and the financing process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and answered every single question we had. Once approved, he got to work finding the best unit and negotiating pricing. He fit us into his schedule quickly, and within five days we were installed. The entire unit swap was completed in just one day. The AirKings team is efficient, affordable, and provides truly top-notch customer service. I wish we had found them sooner, but I’m incredibly thankful to have them going forward. I 100% recommend AirKings for all HVAC needs.
